FIAP 2015 International Festival of Public Art / FIAP 2015 Festival Internacional de Arte Público

The International Festival of Public Art (FIAP) has come to Mexico taking all day from 21 to February 28 in Cancun, Mexico. This festival is held by World Art Destination (WAD) is a feast of color and creativity in which local and foreign artists gather to show us the perception that they have through art. The aim is to enrich the artistic creation and promotion of endless cultural activities.

This year will be held the second edition. The seat is Cancún and the project will collaborate with the initiative of "Revitalization of the Foundation Center Cancun." This is to strengthen the historical and cultural identity of the city.

Throughout the week the audience will be invited in the first instance to meet the artists who show talent and culture during this festival, followed by tours of the city to familiarize and start excitement to know a
important tourist corner of our country at the same time they can live with exhibitors.

El Festival Internacional de Arte Público (FIAP) ha llegado con todo a México teniendo los días del 21 al 28 de Febrero en Cancún, México. Este festival es realizado por la organización World Art Destination (WAD) es una fiesta de color y creatividad en la que artistas locales y extranjeros se reúnen para mostrarnos la percepción que ellos tienen  a través del arte. La finalidad es enriquecer la creación artística y la promoción de un sin fin de actividades culturales.

Este año se llevará a cabo la segunda edición. La sede es Cancún y el proyecto colaborará con la iniciativa de “Reactivación del Centro Fundacional de Cancún”. Con esto se busca fortalecer la identidad histórica y cultural de la ciudad. 

Durante toda la semana se invitará a los asistentes en primera instancia a conocer a los artistas que mostraran talento y cultura durante este festival, seguido de recorridos a la ciudad para que se familiaricen y empiece la emoción de conocer un
rincón turístico importante de nuestro país, al mismo tiempo que pueden convivir con los expositores.
